    Customs Duty & Tariff

    • Policies on duties and tariffs may be different in different countries. It is the customers' responsibility to pay required taxes and fee of your local government. We currently collect 22% VAT for orders shipped from Italy.
    • The price on our website does not include customs duty and tariff. Please note that these charges are paid to your local carrier or government, and are not collected by moody. Thus, they cannot be refunded.

    Wrong Shipping Information

    • If you have left a wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
    • Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

      RETURN & REFUND POLICY

      Order Cancellation Refund Policy

      • If your order has not been processed, you can cancel the order within 2 hours after you complete payment by sending email to info@moody-lenses.com with your order number, contact info and reasons to cancel.
      • We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 10 business days.
      • If your order has been processed, please check Return Refund Policy below. 

      Return Refund Policy

      If your order has been processed, we provide return and refund service in the following conditions:

      • Please contact our customer service within 14 days after receiving package, if you wish to return items.
      • Returned items must be unopened and in good condition. We do not accept items that are damaged, opened, used or expired.
      • The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the tracking information).

      Return Process

      1. Please contact our customer service within 14 days after receiving the package.
      2. Provide your detailed order information including contact info, tracking number, receipt and reasons for return. 
      3. Send back returned items to designated address within 7 days after confirming with customer service.
      4. Upon receiving, we would check returned items' condition. If their condition meets above requirements, we would refund within 10 business days.

      Return Fee

      • Original shipping cost and possible customs duty & tariff associated with the order are not refundable. 
      • It is the customers' responsibility to cover return shipping cost.
